Passed away at The John M. Parrott Centre in Napanee on Friday, June 14, 2024. Yvonne Merle Wenman Burns (nee Walker) of Napanee at age 89. Predeceased by and much loved wife of Wayne L. Wenman and William E. Burns. Daughter of Earle and Margaret Walker. Predeceased by infant sister Georgina, brother Leo (Elsie) Napanee, sisters Dorothy (Bill) Niagara Falls, Frances (Bill) Roblin, Joan Rose, Ottawa and Eva (Don), Kingston. Step mother to Gordon (Judy) of Loughborough Lake. Aunt, stepmother, cousin and best friend to others. She was a lifelong member of St. Mary Magdalene Church, United Empire Loyalist Association of Canada – Bay of Quinte and member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 137. A private graveside service to be held at Riverside Cemetery in Napanee. In the care of Hannah Funeral Home, in Napanee.
