Over 160 cyclists took part in the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital Foundation’s first ever Ride for MRI on May 26.
Departing from the Westdale Complex, riders had the choice of a 30 km route to Newburgh and back or a 4 km excision through town.
The event raised about $40,000 for the hospital’s new MRI machine. All told the foundation has raised 67 per cent of its $3.5 million goal.
